FREEZING IN GLOBAL GOVERNANCE?

The general purpose of this paper is to analyze how global governance works, who are its actors and the Security Council fits in description. methodology consisted a non extensive bibliographical review about understanding governance, it works does it; followed by normative roles United Nations found own UN Charter, brief analysis Council’s Russia’s actions two cases studies: Libyan intervention subsequent war on Syria.
